About Me

My journey has been far from linear, yet every twist and turn has shaped my path to becoming a spiritual life coach. From the start, I’ve been gifted with the superpowers of listening and empathy—qualities that became my foundation. Growing up in Los Angeles, I was drawn to the entertainment industry by my passion for creating experiences that connect with people on a deep emotional level. As a sound mixer, I spent nearly a decade honing the art of storytelling. This role sharpened my ability to truly listen—both on and off set, understanding the deeper stories people carry within.

Seeking deeper meaning, I moved to San Francisco and immersed myself in yoga and spirituality. I earned my 500-hour teacher training certification and embarking on two transformational pilgrimages to India, which deepened my spiritual practice and fueled my self-discovery. During this time, I balanced my passion for yoga with practicality by teaching yoga at the YMCA while working in property management.

After nearly a decade, my partner and I relocated to Colorado Springs, where I embraced a remote career as a recruiter and career coach during the pandemic. The transition to spiritual life coaching occurred after my father’s passing when I realized how little time we have on this earth and the urgency to live aligned from my soul became abundantly clear. To support this calling, I enrolled in a Jungian life coaching certification program, which has given me powerful tools to guide others through the depths of self-discovery and transformation. Today, I guide professional women to connect with their higher purpose, navigate life’s transitions, and embrace their unique, non-linear journeys.
